Grafix Softech, the leading online marketing intelligence firm announced today the development of their latest product release; an intelligent CRM named Uninote CRM that goes way beyond the average tool created to retain or target profitable customer relationships. This smart CRM technology will discover and interpret marketing data based only on a basic premise of information, such as an email address or a phone number.

“There’s a big gap in today’s CRM offerings,” stated Tej Kohli, founder of Grafix. “Most CRM products are based on data that’s manually acquired; this is obviously time-consuming. We’re changing the current landscape by creating the first smart CRM tool that provides marketers will full customer insight the second a visitor submits just one key piece of information. This is a tremendous breakthrough”

Today, CRM’s play a critical role in streamlining conversion funnels. These types of tools are created to provide marketers with a powerful insight to help transform complex trend data into information that can be easily analyzed but Kohli believes that CRM’s don’t go far enough, fast enough. Uninote CRM, the intelligent CRM solution being developed by Grafix aims to provide marketers with complete demographic information on individual customers, including secure data such as their household income, net worth, sex, age, marital status, children, and even various areas of interests. And only basic information like an email address or a name and zip code is needed to source the detailed demographic insight.

The opportunity for marketers to analyze the customers’ perspective with full knowledge of their buyer profile, their status, needs and wants, is nothing short of groundbreaking. Kohli points to BMW as an example.

“BMW has a wide range of vehicles that are targeted to various demographics, from soccer moms to young professionals,” said Kohli. “You’ve got everything from BMW 1 series to 7 series, and then X6 to Z series. With our intelligent CRM software, BMW will only need one piece of information from the user to gain full insight into the customer visiting a website –all of this in a matter of seconds, as before there would be several phone calls or emails and lots of money spent on data mining before the right information could be obtained. Once this information has been automatically pulled, BMW can match the information with the perfect vehicle for that site visitor, customize the product, and close the deal, faster.”

Uninote CRM is just one of the latest semantic intelligence products that Grafix is in the process of releasing. The company’s efforts are geared exclusively towards providing the market with innovative and remarkable improvements to the existing ways of visualizing marketing data, thus improving customer intelligence and empowering businesses with the most thorough consumer insight

More information on the specific release date for Graphix’s intelligent CRM tool, Uninote CRM, will be released soon as the company is working on final details to make the product available globally.
