EquipNet is partnering with a global household product maker to auction off the assets of a closed plastic bag manufacturing facility in Fresno, CA, freeing up a wide array of premium equipment that can be used in a variety of different areas within the manufacturing sector. The live/webcast event begins at 10 AM PST on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. To register and view the entire auction catalog, visit http://www.EquipNet.com/Fresno-PRweb
The project includes the entire contents of the closed plant, including: Nash-Gardner Denver vacuum pump, ten steel structures, including a 48 foot tall fabricated silo, a complete palletizing line, an airveying system, a 420 ton gychol chiller, an NRM pacemaker extruder, MRO/parts, as well as facility support, machine tools, and office equipment. This is a rare opportunity to purchase premium pre-owned equipment manufactured by McQuay, Pacific Engineering, Nash-Gardner Denver, and other leading OEMs at a fraction of the cost of buying it new. Because the facility is closed, the equipment is available for immediate removal.
Until its recent closure, the plant produced and packaged a variety of re-closable plastic bags. To see the entire inventory of equipment for auction, visit the project page. EquipNet’s Vice President of Consumer Industry Sales, Perry Elliot, is impressed by variety of items available at the plant. “This is an auction hat will drive interest from far beyond the state of California’s borders because of the variety of high quality equipment available.”
Perry adds, “There is something for everyone in this auction catalog, ranging from high volume manufacturers who may be attracted to the palletizing lines, to plastic product manufacturers, and local area businesses who will definitely like our MRO and machine parts.”
