Today, NextUC announced its entry into the UCaaS (unified communications as a service) market place with an immediately available product. Any customer can come to http://www.nextuc.com, register, download all of the clients they want for the specific devices they want support on and be up and running with a full UCaaS solution in five minutes.

NextUC allows participants to call into the meetings to a toll free number, with a simple web interface or a more functional free client. The web conferencing experience allows for desktop sharing, application sharing, polling and more.

Small to large businesses can replace their telephone systems with NextUC as well. NextUC provides active telephone numbers to new customers as part of the five minute onboarding experience and customers have immediate access to make and receive local and long distance calls. NextUC is based on Microsoft Lync and can function as a fully telephone system replacement for more companies. NextUC will be releasing telephone number porting as part of this solution in the third quarter of 2012.

NextUC provides unified messaging as part of the unified communications bundles as well. Unified messaging provides voicemail transcriptions to users and can work with any email experience including Gmail, Hotmail, premise based Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Office 365.
