CEDAR hosting panel at 2012 CEB TowerGroup Conference

Joining CEDAR CEO, Pete Kenning, on the panel will be a number of senior executives from leading financial services companies, including First Data and MetLife.

The annual CEB TowerGroup Financial Services Conference provides attendees the opportunity to interact with and learn from CEB TowerGroup analysts, executives from premier financial institutions, and leading technology providers, like CEDAR.

The panel, titled “Moving beyond the transaction: Harnessing technology investments to deliver improved customer interactions,” will examine the possibilities for harnessing enterprise content and data resources to deliver a differentiated customer experience. It will specifically explore the opportunities ad challenges of mutil-channel delivery of customer interactions.

Joining CEDAR CEO, Pete Kenning, on the panel will be a number of senior executives from leading financial services companies, including Silvio Tavares from First Data, Mark LaPenta from MetLife, Randy Beals and Rikard Bandebo.

The conference will be held at the Westin Copley Place in Boston, May 23rd – 25th. The CEDAR-sponsored panel will begin at 8:30am on Thursday, May 24th in the Essex North room.

Conference attendees are also invited to stop by the CEDAR refreshment booth, located directly outside the main conference room.
