There has recently been a change to the labor law of New Jersey: A new law states that employers must post an obligation to maintain and report records under state wage, benefit, and tax laws. Every employer under the state of New Jersey is required to have this new version of the poster, regardless of whether or not they have any other version of the labor law poster. This new poster includes contact information for filing complaints under an employer's need to meet the requirements stated on the poster. In addition to the the posting of this new version, all employers must give each employee a written copy of the New Jersey Employer Obligation to Maintain and Report Records.
