McGrath Systems, a leading human capital solutions firm, today announced the appointment of William Kilgour as Executive Vice President of Sales. In this role, Mr. Kilgour will have sales, delivery, and P&L responsibility for all McGrath Systems locations, including its Philadelphia headquarters, as well as offices in Hagerstown, MD and Iselin, NJ.

A seasoned professional and human capital veteran, Mr. Kilgour brings over thirty years of experience to McGrath. “At McGrath, we have always been dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to our clients,” stated Mike Wiley, CEO, McGrath Systems. Prior to joining McGrath Systems, Kilgour served as Regional Vice President for an $800 million global professional services company, having full responsibility for a $60 million region. He credits his long tenure in the industry—as recruiter, account manager, branch manager and vice president—for how he approaches client service today. “While the industry has certainly evolved over the past three decades and technology has helped revolutionize what we do, establishing relationships with clients built on trust remains most important.” Kilgour continues, “I am especially thrilled to be part of McGrath where the entire culture is dedicated to supporting our client-centric methodology.
