Houston-based attorney Erin Copeland has been appointed to committees of the American Association for Justice

Attorney Erin Copeland has been appointed to serve on several committees of the American Association for Justice ("AAJ"). The AAJ is a nationwide organization whose mission is to promote a fair and effective justice system and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms - even when taking on the most powerful interests. The appointments range from one to three years and cover a variety of topics such as public education, press advisories, and more.

Erin works with Fibich, Hampton, Leebron, Briggs & Josephson – a nationwide civil litigation firm based in Houston, Texas that is known for its trial work on behalf of individuals injured by negligent companies, defective products, and dangerous drugs. Erin is currently serving on the executive committee for the National Trial Lawyer's Association: Top 40 under 40 organization. She is also a member of the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee for the pelvic mesh multi-district litigation pending in Charleston, West Virginia.
