Oak Brook, IL (PRWEB) May 24, 2012
Brainware announced today that Advocate Health Care, one of the nation’s top health systems and the largest care provider in Illinois with 12 hospitals and more than 250 sites of care, is partnering with Brainware Distiller to create optimal efficiency and visibility in accounts payable automation. This implementation will replace Advocate’s Cardiff OCR application.
“We observed a presentation by Anixter International outlining the success they’d had in using this technology to boost productivity and accountability in their accounts payable routine, and it was a real eye-opener in terms of the possibilities intelligent data capture offered for building efficiency in our accounts payable function,” said Sonia Lewis, manager of accounts payable, Advocate Health Care.
“We welcome Advocate Health Care to the growing list of healthcare providers using intelligent data capture. Through these efficiencies, Advocate plans to streamline back-end processes to drive resources into their core mission of creating the best place for patients to heal, physicians to practice and associates to work,” said Carl E. Mergele, executive vice president and General Manager at Brainware.
