Insigniam, a leading international management consulting firm, has added 13 new consultants to meet the growth and demand for their expertise in practice areas such as leadership performance, innovation, enterprise transformation and employee engagement.

At the end of 2011, Insigniam welcomed Kristen Fritschel, an expert in leadership and sales strategies with more than 22 years of experience as a senior executive in the travel and transportation industry; Dr. Thomas D. Zweifel, a well-known advisor to executives of global companies and author of four books on leadership and performance; and Robert E. Johnston, Jr., an expert in innovation and co-author of two books and numerous articles on innovation practices.

“The demand for our work around innovation, leadership, transformation and engagement has created a need for a deepening of talent around those in-demand practice areas,” says Michael R. Waldman, one of Insigniam’s founding partners.

Ten other consultants who have recently joined Insigniam are: Michael Guss, a specialist in complex supply-chain operations and based in Thailand; Kieran Kelly, who brings a broad understanding to breakthrough projects in finance functions; Kumar Mangalick, with over a decade of experience in executing technology projects; Mickey Pantano, a specialist in presentation and public speaking skills; Audrey Sloofman, an expert at implementing large-scale change; Gregory Trueblood, a consultant with experience in government services; Gigi Tsouflidis, an expert with 20 years of experience in transformational leadership; Jennifer Walentukonis, a specialist in operations planning; Erica Wood, a specialist in organization development program design; and June Zeringue, who brings a broad background in retail, merchandising and sales force effectiveness.
