Dr. Kozwich will serve as the vice president of business development, working with existing and new partners to carry out novel drug research and discovery projects.

Dr. Kozwich has more than 20 years’ experience as an inventor, scientist and biotechnology business executive. She is a biochemist, with expertise in molecular biology and immunology. Dr. Kozwich was co-founder and COO at Xtrana Inc, a public molecular diagnostic company located in Denver, CO, where she headed the development of the company’s lead product. Diane Kozwich lead the business development and commercialization of the world first portable forensic DNA analysis instrument while VP of Technology at Network Biosystems (NetBio). As VP of Business Development at Sage Science, an instrument company, she helped to secure a partnership with a leading biotechnology company and led the development of a first of its kind electrophoresis instrument.
