Houston-based Russell & Smith Honda was recently named by WomenCertified® and Dealer Communications as a top dealership for Outstanding Customer Experience, placing it on an elite list of just 35 dealerships nationwide.

Russell and Smith Honda has been named by WomenCertified® as a top dealership for Outstanding Customer Experience.

We strive to create a sales, leasing and service experience that delights our customers and makes us stand out from the crowd.

Russell & Smith Honda, one of the largest Honda dealers in the state of Texas by sales volume, was recently recognized for it’s customer service. The Houston Honda Dealer was named by WomenCertified® and Dealer Communications as a top dealership for Outstanding Customer Experience.

Only 35 dealerships nationwide were recognized, and Russell & Smith Honda of Houston was the only car dealer in Texas to make the prestigious list, which identifies the country’s top dealerships based on female customer satisfaction and women’s reported preferences during their car buying, leasing and service experiences. Categories factored in for dealers to be named to the list include: cleanliness, quality of the sales experience, women’s propensity to refer that dealership, and more.

As part of being named on the list, Russell & Smith Honda of Houston will carry the Women’s Choice Award seal. The seal, which represents the collective opinion of women, empowers women to make better buying choices.

Ivy-Russell Motors was established in 1937, by John Ivy and Lindsey G. Russell, at 2201 Main Street. This time was marked by the resilience of the American entrepreneur.
