Stock Construction has announced plans to build within the village of Isla Del Sol, an exclusive enclave of 34 Mediterranean-style custom estates within the residential master-planned community of Fiddler’s Creek in Naples.

The village of Isla Del Sol is situated along emerald golf fairways and sparkling sapphire lakes. The gated entrance provides enhanced privacy for residents and is distinguished with rich keystone paving and a grand fountain, recapturing the opulent lifestyle of the French Riviera.

Residences within Isla Del Sol will offer an array of spacious floor plans. Stock Construction expects to break ground on the village this summer.

The Regency Manor is a one-story residence offering 3,699 A/C square feet of living space. The home will feature four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a central great room, dining room, study and screen covered lanai and pool deck with a base price from $1,049,990.

The Majestic is a one-story residence encompassing 3,830 A/C square feet. It will feature four bedrooms, four baths, a spacious family room with an adjoining dinette, living room, study, dining room and screen covered lanai with a base price from $1,079,990.

The Chatelaine is a one-story residence offering 4,246 A/C square feet. The home will feature four bedrooms, three and a half baths inside plus a pool bath, a family room with adjoining dinette, living room, dining room, study and screen covered lanai with a base price of $1,169,990.

The Windsor is a one-story residence encompassing 4,155 A/C square feet. It will have three bedrooms plus a fourth bedroom/recreational room, three and a half baths inside plus a pool bath, a central great room, exercise room, dining room and study with a screened covered lanai. The home also will feature two separate, two-car garages. The base price is $1,159,990.
