The Prospero Foundation, founded by Ulrik DeBo of DeBondo Capital, is excited to announce its support for Ashoka’s Youth Venture in India.

Ashoka’s Youth Venture is a global movement that inspires, invests, and supports young people to lead social change. 51 percent of India’s total population of 1.1 billion is under 25 with a staggering two-thirds under 35! It is imperative that something is done to create opportunities and platforms for these young people to realize their potential to create change.

How will this project solve this problem?
This program helps young people define their ideas for social change and create action plans through workshops and capacity building. The ideas are presented to other social change-makers and the successful teams receive funding to launch their idea.

Project Message
The youth will make the difference to our country in the future and to change youth mentality and to encourage social entrepreneurship and responsibility in youth is one of the core tenets of YV - Alok Vajpeyi, Ashoka’s Youth Venture Investor
