Liberty International Holding Corp Warns Investors of unacceptable use of its name.

The executives of Liberty International Holding Corp have announced today that it is has learned its name has, and is being used without its knowledge or authorization.

“We have come to find out that, unbeknownst to us, totally unauthorized certain individuals have been purporting their affiliation with our company, even using the Liberty Financial name,” said Christopher Anzalone, President and CEO. He added, “This has seemed to have caused losses, confusion and is something we cannot allow to continue.”

The company stated that if an investor is contacted by someone who claims to work for Liberty International that they, before sending any money or signing any forms whatsoever to call its verification department at 954-202-9491.

“I am saddened but not overly surprised at this type of action,” said Jeffrey M. Schuler, EVP, director of research and COO. He went on to say, “We have worked hard to establish a quality brand name and now we have to deal with unsavory individuals attempting to profit by this at investor, and our expense.”

The company also stated that it would not abide any activity that could adversely affect its reputation.
