ABS Associates has been selected to provide a new outsourced Service Desk Solution to ARCADIS U.S., a Colorado based, international consulting, design, engineering and management company. Under the new agreement, ABS will furnish 24 x 7, remote level 1 support to over 6,000 ARCADIS employees throughout North America.
ABS agents working from its U.S.-based Service Center will serve as the single point of contact for all incoming IT support contacts.
