About the Author
Chana Miller is a 15-year-old freshman from Fairbanks, Alaska. Besides writing poetry, she enjoys writing
fiction and fantasy stories, scrapbooking, making yarn dolls, dancing, and sewing. You can often find her reading in a corner or at her computer, typing away on a new adventure.

About the Illustrator
Briana Berner is a 16-year-old high school junior. She lives in Fairbanks, Alaska, with her parents and her two brothers. Aside from everyday life as a high school student, she participates in community theater and works as an aide in the library of a local elementary school. Briana has always loved to draw and paint and is a self-taught artist.
