RE/MAX Commercial Earns High Performance Rankings in Two Prestigious National Surveys

National Real Estate Investor magazine and the Lipsey Company both gave RE/MAX high rankings for the performance of its commercial real estate division in 2011. National Real Estate Investor listed RE/MAX as one of its “Top 25 Commercial Brokerage Networks.” The Lipsey Company included RE/MAX in its “Top 25 Commercial Real Estate Brands” survey.

Recently, National Real Estate Investor magazine and the Lipsey Company both gave RE/MAX high rankings for the performance of its commercial real estate division in 2011. National Real Estate Investor listed RE/MAX as one of its “Top 25 Commercial Brokerage Networks.” The Lipsey Company included RE/MAX in its “Top 25 Commercial Real Estate Brands” survey.

This comes as little surprise to RE/MAX commercial real estate professionals in the northern Illinois network, which includes a number of top commercial brokers. RE/MAX commercial associates broker deals on everything from retail strip centers and medical office buildings to multi-family apartments and industrial warehouses. There is also a strong contingent of real estate agents who specialize in commercial real estate leasing.

The National Real Estate Investor “Top 25 Commercial Brokerage Networks” survey is based solely on performance. The magazine asked brokers to provide the total dollar value of leasing transactions and investment sales globally in 2011. The totals were combined to determine a company’s ranking. This marks the second year in a row that RE/MAX Commercial has made National Real Estate Investor’s list.

The Lipsey survey is based on the commercial real estate industry’s perceptions of leading brands. More than 50,000 U.S. and international professionals participated in the company’s 2012 survey. These professionals included property owners, investors, lenders, occupiers, brokers and property managers.

It’s not difficult to see why Lipsey included RE/MAX in its list. The global RE/MAX commercial network has expanded into 45 countries with about 3,000 commercial practitioners and more than 380 offices and divisions combined.
