Mxi Technologies today announced the end of litigation in the case Mxi vs GasTOPS with the payment of the lower court judgment against Mxi.

Mxi® Technologies today announced the end of litigation in the case Mxi vs GasTOPS with the payment of the lower court judgment against Mxi. Both parties had appealed the lower court decision. Both parties’ appeals were dismissed by the Ontario Appellate Court who upheld the original judgment (Court of Appeal of Ontario - court file No. C51170). Nearly 16 years in the courts, this transaction now concludes one of Canada’s longest standing civil cases.
