Vincent Hui, James Pinckney and Jim Trautwein were named senior directors. Thomas Borjon fills the role of database administrator, and Tammy Reading will serve as executive assistant.

Hui, from Seattle, brings to Cornerstone Advisors more than 20 years’ experience. He has served as both a senior executive and an advisor to large and small financial institutions. At Cornerstone, Hui will lead the planning and delivery of large scale change initiatives. Before joining Cornerstone, Hui was chief operating officer at Capital G Bank in Bermuda.
Pinckney, from Chicago, will focus on the process improvement and lending areas at Cornerstone. During his career, which has included senior positions held at First Chicago, Mellon Trust, Bank One, Chase, Bankers Trust and ABN AMRO, Pinckney, a CPA, has helped regional, national and international financial services companies reduce millions of dollars in operational costs.
Trautwein, from Charlotte, N.C., has more than 25 years’ experience in financial services. His strengths lie in technology, operations and management. At Cornerstone, Trautwein will focus his energies in the Technology Services, System Selection, Conversion Services and Contract Negotiation practice areas. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Trautwein was chief information officer for BankAtlantic.
Relocated from Anchorage, Alaska, Borjon has more than 25 years of support experience in complex computer systems. He has worked for a diverse range of organizations, including Chase, IBM and Toyota. At Cornerstone, Borjon will work with a team providing all aspects of support for the Cornerstone Scorecard™, including the database, survey Web site and reporting tools.
Reading has a solid background in real estate and property management and brings to her position as executive assistant at Cornerstone a proficiency in organization, time management, technology and training. Among other duties, Reading will be expected to know the whereabouts of Cornerstone’s road warriors at all times – no easy task. Originally from Chicago, Reading lives in Scottsdale.

For the foreseeable future, Hui, Pinckney and Trautwein will be providing services from Cornerstone satellite offices in their home states. Borjon and Reading will be based in Cornerstone’s Scottsdale headquarters.
