Partnership Aligns Largest Network of Corporate Leaders with Leading Digital M&A Platform.

YPO’s international network of 19,000+ members aligns very well with MergerID’s mission to bring together the middle market both domestically and internationally. This partnership will surely benefit both organizations.

Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and MergerID, the global M&A platform for buyers and sellers in the middle market, today announced that they have entered into an alliance partnership that will allow YPO members and graduates access to MergerID’s product offerings and expertise.

MergerID was launched in 2009 and within 20 months of its launch had secured a subscription base of more than 1,700 firms drawn from the global corporate, private equity, family office and business advisory community. Today, over 25,000 matches are made on a monthly basis, connecting buyers and sellers globally. Through MergerID, YPO members and graduates will be able to identify M&A and investment opportunities on a global scale that would not have otherwise been available.

Under the terms of the partnership, MergerID will offer YPO members special access to the MergerID platform. Additionally, MergerID will provide YPO members with exclusive educational materials, white papers, webcasts and data reports focused on global M&A trends in the middle market that are pertinent to the YPO membership base. As part of the partnership MergerID will have access to YPO events and will be an official partner at the 2013 Global Leadership Conference in Istanbul, Turkey.
