Rockfish announces the launch of YouEarnedit, a SaaS platform that empowers employees to appreciate and recognize each other with the click of a mouse. Using a distributed point system, co-workers are able to reward each other at anytime, creating a currency of thank you’s driven by recognition and praise. The platform goes beyond the average point system with features aimed to make the most of the service, including:

·    The ability for administrators to offer rewards specific to their unique company culture
·     An intuitive interface allows users to track their points and view activity

The inspiration to develop YouEarnedit was largely due to the success of an internal program started at Rockfish that provides all employees a certain amount of points to give each other throughout the year, complete with a personalized message of thanks. The points could be redeemed immediately for items in the rewards catalog or saved and accumulated for more expensive items like Louis Vuitton shoes or Rolex watches. The company was tracking with an excel sheet for the first few months before they decided that YouEarnedit should go digital.
