MEB (Morrison Ekre Bart) Management Services, Arizona’s largest fee management company, has partnered with Property Solutions International, Inc., the largest provider of property management websites and payments, to bring online applications, leases, and payments to customers. The services will provide property residents with greater convenience, access, and online security, while demonstrating MEB’s commitment to the environment.

“Through our website’s resident portal, current residents can access a variety of features, including the ability to review and complete leases exclusively online using secure digital signatures,” explained Andrew Titche, Vice President of Information Technology at MEB, “The flexible design and comprehensive customer features of Property Solutions’ web tools have boosted our leasing activity and resident retention.”

Leasing Central, MEB’s customer care center, provides live service to customers and residents when onsite staff is unavailable. “Using Property Solutions’ administrative tools, the Leasing Central team has quick access to current customer information, and can guide callers to community websites and online services, such as applications and payments,” said Susan Kauffman, Director of Marketing at MEB, “This allows prospects and residents to complete common tasks from anywhere at any time.”

MEB has also seen a 50 percent increase in web traffic since switching to Property Solutions’ portals and advanced systems. “Our unique website visitor numbers have jumped as a direct result of Property Solutions’ advanced SEO techniques,” said Titche. “The company is an industry leader and we’re thrilled with our decision to make them part of our team.”

MEB first started working with Property Solutions in fall of 2011, because of the company’s custom portals. “Our goal is to create value for our clients and residents,” said Kauffman. “Property Solutions’ online products allow us to extend added value to our customers.”

Jared Crouch, Regional Vice President at Property Solutions, believes the partnership will help both companies deliver personalized care and attention to residents, “Customer relationship management is such an important component of stabilizing operations in the multifamily industry. At MEB, they’re dedicated to making sure that their residents are taken care of, and in doing so, they’re able to help ensure that properties are achieving the level of profitability that clients and investors want to see.”
