American Support’s CEO & President, Matt Zemon will address the 2012 TM Forum Management World conference attendees later this week. Zemon along with Anand Gonuguntla, CEO at Centina Systems, will detail how MSOs can leverage next generation service assurance to improve the customer experience and network performance on May 23 in Dublin, Ireland.

Roughly 3,500 tele-management and network management professionals from 700 companies and 80 counties will gather to share ideas and learn how to make the most of the ‘Connected Life’.

The conference particular focus will be drawn on the cable industry, with Zemon and Gonuguntla discussing the:
Changing landscape and drivers for Multiple System Operators (MSOs).
Effective Service Assurance in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Environment.
Service Assurance Goals and Challenges for American Support's customers.

The session is scheduled for Wednesday, May 23 at 2:30PM -3:00PM in the Liffey Meeting Room at the Convention Centre Dublin, Spencer Dock, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland.
