With a full in-house production team consisting of two photographers, art directors, food and set stylists, KSC Kreate worked closely with Shula’s corporate chefs to showcase several of their signature appetizers, entrees and desserts.
Launched in 1989, Shula’s restaurants’ carries on the winning tradition of its namesake Don Shula – integrity, quality and consistency. From his most wins as NFL coach and three Super Bowl championships to restaurateur, Coach Don Shula has maintained a loyal following on and off the field. A behind-the-scenes (BTS) video captures the makings of the photo shoot displaying the energy and enthusiasm of how two winning teams worked together to produce exceptional results.
Shula’s Vice President of Operations, Peter Farrand and Corporate Chef Brian Vossler participated on site in keeping their signature appetizers, entrees and desserts true to brand standards. “It’s fun to get back into the playfulness and enjoyment of why we’re doing this,” said Vossler. KSC Kreate’s team took great pride in photographing each food dish. Every dish was meticulously prepared for the camera. Each menu item came through the lens as if it was placed right in front of the customer while creating the mouth-watering appeal synonymous with every KSC food production.
