Riverbend Introduces Latest Design Concept for Country-Style Living

Riverbend presents its latest design concept, the Asheville, a country-style design that connects the timber frame home to its location.

Riverbend Timber Framing is proud to introduce their latest custom timber frame home design. The Asheville is a 2,825 square foot country-style floor plan designed to fit seamlessly in the Midwest, Carolina Foothills or Texas Prairie. The Asheville concept has plenty of space for outdoor living and room for customization.

Riverbend has been committed for over 30 years, to providing one-of-a kind designs that inspire our customer’s timber frame homes. The Asheville floor plan concept is the latest in this history of traditional design.

An inward facing garage completes the unique shape of the Asheville with an expansive overhang leading to the main home. Rear, side and entry porches provide additional living space that also connects the home with the surrounding land. A large master suite is separated from the open floor plan of the main level to provide privacy.

The Asheville features 785 square feet of additional bedroom space on the second level, while a loft offers extra space for the inclusion of a library or game room. As a concept created to inspire customers, the Asheville leaves opportunity to plan additional living space above the garage during the design process.
