Lexington, Ky. (PRWEB) May 24, 2012
Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing, Inc. (FHTM) is proud to have sponsored the Education Builds Hope Luncheon, which was held May 17, 2012 in Lexington at The Carrick House.
Proceeds from The Luncheon benefitted the One Parent Scholar House, a Lexington-based charity that provides single-parent families with affordable housing, higher education opportunities and child development and care for the children. The One Parent Scholar House is a division of The Hope Center, a organization well-known in the Lexington community. The Luncheon included a reception with University of Kentucky men’s basketball coach, John Calipari, as well as guest speaker Liz Murray, a New York Times Best-selling author and inspiration for Lifetime Television’s Emmy-nominated original film, Homeless to Harvard.
When FHTM was approached to sponsor a table at the event, it was an easy decision for the company. FHTM puts emphasis on giving back at both the local and national levels, and FHTM executives will tell you the company was founded on principles of service to others.
“FHTM is proud to support the Lexington community and The Hope Center through the Education Builds Hope Luncheon,” says Jeff Orberson, FHTM’s Chief Business Officer. “We recognize the important of engaging and supporting community projects whenever possible.”
