Home Care Pulse certification reinforces SYNERGY HomeCare’s commitment to provide the highest level of quality care

SYNERGY HomeCare today announced the completion of a comprehensive national client satisfaction benchmarking research project with Home Care Pulse. SYNERGY HomeCare is now officially a Home Care Pulse certified quality home care provider.

More than one thousand surveys were completed over three months for SYNERGY HomeCare agencies. The company will continue these evaluations throughout the year to ensure ongoing home care excellence.
Home Care Pulse’s certification program measures key satisfaction aspects of in-home care delivery. Home Care Pulse believes that certifying agencies can both educate and help families to make better care decisions for their aging loved ones.
