All Transportation Network Announces the launch of iLimo App for Smart Phones

Using an innovative approach to marketing and customer service, All Transportation Network, a global car service for business and leisure travelers, has announced the development and launch of its first smart phone car service app. The app, called iLimo, will give customers greater control over their reservations without ever having to make a call. The app is available for iphones & ipads and sold through iTunes and the company's website.

When asked why he decided to pursue developing a smart phone application, All Transportation Network CEO Mike Zappone said, "I am always looking for ways to enhance the travel service I provide to my customers. By using the latest in transportation technology, the app will make travel planning and management easy and at your fingertips."

Clearly, the App market is exploding. According to Apple, there were 50,000 apps available on iTunes in June of 2009. In June of 2011, there were 425,000. While there are 1000s of travel apps, Mr. Zappone wanted one specifically for his customers. "My customers are busy and don't want to call with travel updates or to make arrangements. Our app melds customer service with technology," stated Mr. Zappone. Travelers can utilize the app for all bookings, including last minute changes, verified flight numbers, arrival times, airport designation, and pick-up addresses. The app will provide a reservation number that is live and in real time in All Transportation's reservation system.
