Why learn to line dance? The real question is not why learn to line dance, but Why Not learn to line dance. Just look at some of the benefits.
First benefit is low-impact, bone-bearing exercise in a social atmosphere that "moves to music.".
Second benefit is low cost. There is no special equipment or costume required ... come as you are.
Third benefit is the ability to practice anywhere ... front room, kitchen, patio, ... there is nothing to it, but to do it.
Fourth benefit is the fun way to learn steps for Cha Cha, Waltz, Rumba, Boogie Woogie, Two-step. Swing and even disco/hustle. Every dance form is found within line dancing.
Fifth benefit is the confidence that is acquired to master all that the world of dance has to offer.
