Once the root of the issue is established as behavioral, we can look at schedules, routines and sleep props to figure out what is hindering healthy sleep habits.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 24, 2012
Kim Schaf, M.A.T., Founder and President of Chicago-based child sleep consulting company, Sleep Training Solutions, is now offering complimentary 15-minute evaluations to families worldwide to assess sleep problems and discuss different solutions.
“Each family is unique in their sleep challenges, and the first area I address is to clarify that the issues are behavioral, rather than medical, in nature,” says Schaf. “Once the root of the issue is established as behavioral, we can look at schedules, routines and sleep props to figure out what is hindering healthy sleep habits. I can explain to parents why their child is having these sleep problems and what needs to be changed in order to solve these issues.”
During the 15-minute evaluation with Schaf, parents can expect to share the sleep challenges they are currently experiencing, offer what their ideal sleep schedule would look like for their child, and hear Schaf’s assessment and solution options.
Parents can choose an evaluation by telephone or Skype, and can book an appointment by emailing Schaf directly at Kim(at)SleepTrainingSolutions(dot)com.
