About Payday ™ is a small non profit website run by three average Joe's with a growing concern about predatory lending. "Our goal was to provide a website with facts and statistics about payday loans to help people understand exactly what their getting involved with. Two of use have borrowed from a payday lender in the past and it was a nightmare. There wasn't any information out there to warn us about payday loans so we took it upon ourselves to try and spread the word." ™ just launched but there are a handful of very informative pages containing data that depict why payday loans are bad. From the demographics that predatory lenders target to specific payday loan interest rates they have done a great job of laying out the information.

"We don't have a marketing budget we each chip in a few bucks when we can to grow the website. What we hope is that other website owners will help us spread the word and educate their readers. If they want to mention us that's great but our main goal is to help others avoid these lenders."
