Lennar’s first residences within Millbrook are expected to be completed in June. This Mediterranean-style village with 56 single-family home sites is nestled between meandering waterways at Fiddler’s Creek.
Nestled between meandering waterways, Millbrook offers a choice of four unique floor plans, ranging from 1,649 air-conditioned square feet to 2,246 air-conditioned square feet. There are currently five single-family homes nearing completion within the neighborhood.
The Isabella residence will be showcased as the furnished model with two additional Isabella move-in-ready homes being built. The one-story Isabella is the largest of the floor plans, offering 2,246 air-conditioned square feet. It features three bedrooms, two baths and a den with a spacious great room just off the kitchen and dining area. The two move-in-ready homes are currently priced at $501,130.
The Nina is a one-story inventory home offering 1,649 air-conditioned square feet. It features two bedrooms, two baths and a den designed around a central great room. The price of the Nina residence is currently $451,130.
The Victoria is a one-story inventory home with 1,850 air-conditioned square feet. It has two bedrooms, two baths and a den, plus a pool bath. The Victoria is currently priced at $471,130.
In addition to the Move-in-Ready Homes, buyers have the option of selecting their own homesite and choosing from the four model home plans with prices beginning at $370,990, plus homesite.
Each single-story residence within the village of Millbrook will be built of steel reinforced concrete block construction and will feature a two-car courtyard garage or full-size garage. Interior design features include a luxury kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets with crown molding, extended tile, wood ceiling in the entry and lanai and a pool/spa package with a summer kitchen. Each home also features designer bath fixtures, undermount sinks, home security system, hurricane impact glass windows and a number of energy saving features.

Less than a third of Fiddler’s Creek will be developed for residential use, while the remainder of the land is dedicated primarily to nature reserves, lakes, parks, golf courses and recreational areas.
