HR+Survey Solutions and Sibson Consulting announce the NJCA 2012 Compensation Survey. This survey covers salary and incentives for 45 professional and clerical positions and enables companies to compare their employee salary and benefits plans to other NJ companies. This survey has been an ongoing offering of the New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA) for over a decade.
Participation is free; NCJA members receive a complimentary copy of the detailed survey report. Non NJCA members can obtain the survey results for $200 which also provides them with a one year membership in the NJCA for up to four co-workers.
Enrollment has been extended to the middle of June. Survey participants who order the detailed report will receive a comprehensive analysis in an easy to use excel file format. The results will include salary and bonus data for over forty jobs. The jobs cover clerical, administrative, technical, and maintenance areas.
