Fletcher, Farley, Shipman & Salinas, LLP announces that Lerrin B. Goldberg and Monica Bohuslav joined the firm’s Dallas office as associate attorneys.

Fletcher, Farley, Shipman & Salinas, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Lerrin B. Goldberg and Monica Bohuslav as new associate attorneys in the firm’s Dallas office.

Lerrin B. Goldberg previously served as a prosecuting attorney in the Dallas County District Attorney’s office. During that time, Lerrin gained extensive experience in all phases of trial, including arguing motions and presenting cases to juries. Before moving to Texas, she was a Staff Attorney in the Adams County Judicial Center in Denver, Colorado. Lerrin was involved in a variety of issues dealing with County and Municipal Civil and Criminal Appeals. She was also a mentor for the District Internship Program and coordinated projects between judges and students.

Ms. Goldberg earned her J.D. from the University Of Denver College Of Law in May 2008. While in law school, Lerrin was honored with the American Jurisprudence Award in Spanish for Lawyers II. She was the Staff Editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and active in the Social Justice Action Group which focused on domestic violence prevention, children’s advocacy and disability, race and gender discrimination.

Monica Bohuslav is an experienced attorney who has represented clients in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. She also completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Deposition Program and used her fluency in Spanish to review Spanish language documents for relevancy to seven causes of action.

A Cum Laude graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Ms. Bohuslav consistently ranked Top Quarter, Dean’s List and earned her J.D. in 2010. She served as the Texas Tech Law Review Comment Editor, and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Property Law. Other honors included Phi Delta Phi, Mock Trial Top Oralist Award, and the Board of Barristers Client Counseling Octa Finalist.
