Tampa Bay Times, in partnership with Workplace Dynamics, ranked Saint Leo University 12th among the best large employers in Tampa Bay, Fla. Saint Leo University has long been recognized as one of the top universities in Tampa, but this is the first year Saint Leo made the Tampa Bay Times’ list of the top 75 workplaces.

Project partner Workplace Dynamics, of Exton, Pa surveyed 33,838 employees who work at the 132 bay area companies that agreed to participate. Employee responses determined Tampa Bay area's best companies to work for in 2012. To provide a fair comparison, organizations were ranked within their size category: large, 500 or more employees; midsize, 150-499; and small, 50-149. The Tampa Bay list is one of 30 regional lists that Workplace Dynamics compiles across the country.
