MidCity Office Furniture recently hired Jack Sciuto as the newest member of its design team. As a designer at MidCity, Jack is involved with all aspects of interior design from practical and functional to creative and unique. Jack works with clients to render models of the space, plan the space by choosing furniture and a harmonious color palette, and finally make the client's vision come to life in the space. This position involves heavy customer service and collaboration with clients, other members of the design team, suppliers, and employees in other departments at MidCity.
"Jack brings a fresh perspective on design, drawing from both his formal education in design but also from his personal experiences with two of his hobbies - painting and woodworking," says Kurt Amico, president of MidCity Office Furniture. "He's not afraid to try new things, often helping clients expand their ideas, and clients seem to really like and appreciate that."
