William D. Cordivari joined Michael E. Marion & Associates Inc. with 25+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Bill spent most of his career at Johnson & Johnson, where he progressed through international marketing, sales management, and business development to become President of the Ortho Dermatology business unit. While at J&J, he served on the management boards of Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products and Global Skin Care Leadership. After Johnson & Johnson, Bill was the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations at INO Therapeutics, a specialty pharma company operating in the critical care space with a pulmonary vasodilator drug/device product. He was a key member of the executive team that led the divestiture of INO in a successful sale to private equity investors.
Bill’s experience spans large, medium and small pharmaceutical, device and biologics companies. He has a B.A. degree in Biology from Villanova University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Widener University.

Michael V. Moran joined Michael E. Marion & Associates Inc. following a 26-year career with Merck, where he acquired broad exposure to manufacturing, compliance, sales, marketing, and human resources. Over the course of his eighteen years in Human Resources, Mike distinguished himself as an innovative HR leader in the areas of recruiting & staffing, organization development, talent management, and compensation. As Senior Director, Human Resources for U.S. Sales & Managed Care, Mike led his team in supporting the expansion of Merck’s U.S. Sales Force: developing new competency models, implementing new selection criteria, and leveraging both new technologies and external vendors to add 3,000 new positions in less than two years. Prior to that, as Director, U.S. Field Sales Recruiting & Staffing, he led a staff of eight sales recruiters supporting the addition of 2,500 new positions - including Merck’s first specialty sales force - over a 15 month period. Among other roles within Merck’s HR function, Mike served as Senior Director, Compensation for U.S. Human Health and HR Director at Merck’s Cherokee Manufacturing site. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Management from Northeastern University in Boston and has done graduate work at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Caitlin Hadtke Gagnon joined Michael E. Marion & Associates Inc. after spending five years at Deloitte Consulting, primarily in the Healthcare Practice as a Senior Consultant and Manager. At Deloitte, Caitlin consulted to hospital systems, as well as to a number of major pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis (Sandoz), J&J, Merck, Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly, and GlaxoSmithKline (SmithKlineBeecham). Prior work experience includes four years in advertising as an Account Executive, first at Chiat/Day Advertising, then at The Idea Brewing Company. Her clients included Nissan Motor Corporation, Mitsubishi Electric, Pioneer Electronics, Tandon Computers and KAO Infosystems. Caitlin graduated with an AB in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Dartmouth College during which time she worked for three years at The Dartmouth Medical School conducting protein research. Before joining Deloitte Consulting, she earned her MBA at The Harvard Business School.
