An expert speaking at an upcoming webinar hosted by L2 Federal Resources will provide government contractors with an understanding of the key aspects of Teaming, Subcontracting and Joint Venture Agreements.

Smart small to mid-size companies looking for increased success in the federal marketplace know that one proven way to grow is to team up with a larger, more successful business. This can be done through a teaming arrangement, a joint venture, a subcontract, or by exploring a mentor-protégé agreement. While these vehicles are a great opportunity for growth, there are associated risks that can trap the unprepared.
