Fraley to Lead Company’s Expanded Focus on Classified and DoD IT Services

Master Key Consulting (http://www.masterkeyconsulting.com), a Native American-owned IT and professional services consulting firm serving the Federal Government, announces that David Fraley – a longtime executive with Gartner, Inc. and a U.S. Army Reserve Officer– has been named the company’s new president. Fraley will guide the company as it continues its next growth cycle with an expansion of its solution portfolio and an increase in its customer base within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Agencies.

Master Key’s solutions portfolio is expanding with enhancements to the company’s management consulting services and the addition of new technical capabilities. In alignment with this expansion, Master Key has established a new partnership with Orcas Consulting (http://www.orcasconsulting.com) of Redmond, WA. Orcas is a leading identity access management (IAM) consultancy and Master Key will lead the new partnership's U.S. Government sales and solutions delivery. Master Key’s expanded focus on the Department of Defense and Intelligence Agencies has already resulted in recent contract wins in the intelligence community. Fraley will utilize his 25 years of U.S. Army experience and seven years of DoD consulting experience to aggressively address this marketplace.

“David Fraley brings to Master Key a proven record of success and a keen understanding of what it takes to meet and exceed customer expectations,” said Jonathan Wilber, Founder and CEO of Master Key Consulting. “David is a tremendous leader and a great fit for Master Key Consulting. He is personally and professionally aligned with our core values and mission demonstrated by his military service and strategic business success.”

“I look forward to leading Master Key Consulting into the next growth cycle, by supporting our team with the management consulting strategy to further assist our federal clients with program planning and execution,” said Fraley. “Master Key is an exciting company with a unique market presence. It generates high customer loyalty, due to its outstanding delivery and its core values and ethical principles. This is a very exciting company."

Prior to joining Master Key Fraley spent the last 12 years with Gartner, Inc. working in both its consulting and research business. In his last position as a vice president and senior managing partner, he led Gartner's U.S. Army Services’ business. Fraley brings 15 years of commercial high-tech and information technology experience to Master Key Consulting. He has two master’s degrees and a bachelor’s. In 2010, he was deployed to Afghanistan where he was the ARCENT G6 OIC Forward responsible for the sourcing of critical material shortages and their transport into theater. He previously commanded a Computer Network Defense (AKA Cyber Warfare) battalion and has served in numerous leadership and staff positions.
