Chicago Personal Trainers Open Weekly Sessions for One-on-One Training and Fit for Life Programs

The success of Chi-Town Boot Camps in Lakeview is being extended to gyms in Schaumburg, Evanston, and Woodstock. Daily sessions are available at varied hours to give Chicagoans the opportunity to get fit for life and bring Chicago into a top fitness rating.

With the success of clients at Chi-Town Boot Camps, more sessions are being opened at satellite gyms to provide Chicagoans with the opportunity to become fit for life. To help provide more and more boot camp experiences for Chicagoans, Chi-Town Boot Camps now have camps in Lakeview, Schaumburg, Woodstock and Evanston. It is the determination and goal of Craig Kastning one of the owners and trainers at Chi-Town Boot Camps to bring Chicago into one of the top fit cities in the nation. Craig’s philosophy is to provide one-on-one training that promotes body control, flexibility and endurance. Boot campers are interviewed, educated and pushed to the limit of their endurance. Craig and his team of boot camp personal trainers use jump ropes, bags, medicine balls, step up devices and exercise machines to accomplish boot camp goals. “Men’s Health listed Chicago as the 25th fattest city in the nation. This is not acceptable,” states Kastning. “I will give you a beginning four week training camp that will have you looking good and get Chicago on the fittest city map.”

Chicago personal trainer at Chi-Town emphasize, “The first week of boot camp will have you tired. You will work muscles that you haven’t used in a long time. The second week will have you feeling a bit more energized. Week three you will notice that your clothes are fitting better and by week four your family and friends will begin to notice a difference in your fitness.” Each four-week session is sixty-minutes of intense training and sessions are held every day. “It is imperative that you attend boot camp training at least four times a week to get the full experience,” Boot camp personal trainers.

In addition to fit for life workouts, nutritional cheat sheets and eating tips are included in the four week boot camp sessions. “I will give you cheat sheets for nutrition,” states Kastning, “but you must follow them.” Kastning emphasizes that these nutrition cheat sheets include foods from your local grocery store. “We do not starve you or give you fad diets,” Craig Kastning. “We like to eat just like you do!”
