For more than a decade, Mr. Mackey held key leadership positions at SAP AG, the market leader in enterprise application software. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, a position he held for the past eight years. In this role, Mr. Mackey advised on and played a significant role in completing more than 40 high impact acquisitions, including the purchase of Business Objects for over $6.7 billion, Sybase for approximately $5.9 billion, and SuccessFactors for more than $3.6 billion. Prior to this role, he served as the Director of SAP Corporate Business Development, where he negotiated and coordinated development, cooperation and distribution agreements with strategic alliance partners, including Adobe and Yahoo!
