“It is unacceptable for a Smart System to be down in the field, so we make sure our Technical Support Department is always accessible.

M&S Technologies, the first name in computerized vision testing systems, assures the Eyecare Professional that support for the Smart System® product doesn’t end after delivery to a customer. The M&S Technical Service Program has three main elements: ongoing access to a live, trained technician, immediate problem resolution testing with the customer, and a spare-in-the-air unit so no exam room is left unoperable.

The M&S Lifetime Technical Support Program is different from others in the industry that may rely on third parties with lengthy repair cycles, or other vision testing companies with little or no after-sales support.

“It is unacceptable for a Smart System to be down in the field, so we make sure our Technical Support Department is always accessible. They are trained to ask the kind of questions that will get the exam room up and running again quickly. If an issue cannot be resolved on the phone, a loaner is shipped overnight.” Joe Marino, President
