Encon, the region’s leading provider of solar energy systems, recently unveiled their own solar project, a 100kW solar system on their corporate headquarters in Stratford, Connecticut.

Encon installed 407 Siliken solar panels on its headquarters’ roof. The system has the capacity to generate enough energy to power 16 homes for a year. It will offset approximately 30% of Encon’s electrical usage annually.

Encon recently had the Mayor of Stratford and his economic development team tour their facility and see a solar array in person.
