The additional space will provide TCS with the means to hire more employees, which will in turn generate more business. This expansion has been long overdue and the employees look forward to having more space to generate business.

Total Customer Service announced today that they are expanding their office and will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10am on Friday June 1st. The company will be moving into a new 5,000 sq. ft. facility in Burnsville, Minnesota. This expansion makes way for more jobs, promotion opportunities and a stronger foundation to better service their growing client base. Attending the ceremony will be special guests Senator Dan D. Hall and State Representative Pam Myhra.

Founder of TCS, Dave Moulder stated, “We are excited to provide the Burnsville community with an expanding job market, we currently have 35 employees, after the expansion we will be hiring an additional 30 people. We are also honored to welcome Senator Dan D. Hall and State Representative Pam Myhra into our new space to help with the cutting of the ribbon.”

Total Customer Service provides 1st and 3rd party customer service and accounts receivable management for our clients. Along with direct to consumer services, TCS also provides an online payment feature for the ease of consumer payments. Total Customer Service’s goal is to make the collections process as seamless and pain free as possible.
