BandVista.com, a top resource for bands and musicians to manage their online presence, now offers members the ability to sell complete albums or individual tracks online to fans, royalty free.

“We’ve always offered members the ability to sell albums and other merchandise via mail order,” said Lee Tankerlsey, senior developer of BandVista.com. Tankersley also noted that “while mail order service will continue, we realize artists and fans need the ability to transact business exclusively via the internet.”

Selling downloads via their BandVista.com powered site is easy and gives the musician full control. Once the “digital downloads” feature is enabled, only a few steps are needed to start selling online.

To configure their store, musicians need only to enter their PayPal enabled email address, which allows them to be paid directly in real time from their customers.

Once musicians are ready to be paid, they need only upload music files to their audio player and then add to their store. From there musicians can decide to sell individual tracks and complete albums at their desired tracks, complete with descriptions of each and cover art.

Fans are easily able to purchase tracks or complete albums by simply clicking “add to cart” and paying via PayPal or any major credit card. The tracks are then made available for download via email immediately following payment. It has never been so easy to support favorite independent artists.

Formed by musicians, BandVista is owned and managed by Echo Media, Inc, a leader in online musician services. Musicians are able to take a free tour of BandVista.com services here.
