At the May conference of the Association for Strategic Planning the winners of the coveted video awards were highlighted. The video “Strategic Planning Tips and Tails from the Strategy Dog" won the top award. In the video to the right, Mushka is shown accepting the award.
ASP is a not-for-profit professional association passionate about advancing best practices and thought leadership in strategy development and strategy implementation for business, non-profit and government organizations.
David Willden, from Strategy-Keys.com, a popular website focused on strategy and execution, shared, “ASP members are really close-knit group of people. They do an incredible job of listening to and getting its members engaged. Because of this, wonderful friendships are quickly developed."
Members of ASP’s social media committee, chaired by Jeri Denniston, felt they wanted ASP members to have a little fun by learning to get into the world of social media. So the committee launched a video contest. ASP members were encouraged to submit videos that were creative, fun and that promoted the field of strategy.
Terry took a clean sweep for the three highest votes. He won a free 2012 ASP Conference attendance, a one-year ASP membership renewal, and promotion in an upcoming ASP newsletter. His winning videos in this order were:
