The last weekend of July will see a new business idea for FitFarms is the way of weekend weight loss and fitness retreats.

Having seen a huge gap in the market and after considerable research into the needs of client and constant enquiries, FitFarms hope to attract new customers to their weekend fitness retreats.

The weekend will start on Friday at noon, where the client will be welcomed by the FitFarms staff, settled into the luxury accommodation and then attend a personal fitness assessment.

Activities with qualified fitness instructors, lifestyle coaching, workshops and nutrition advice.

The venues as with the week's courses will be in the spectacular Peak District near to Derby or delightful scenery of Exmoor, on the borders of Somerset and Devon.
