Hurley has previously served with mBLAST in other product marketing roles. In his new role, Hurley assumes primary responsibility for all of mBLAST’s marketing communications and social media efforts.

“Pat has worked behind the scenes on many of our marketing, social media and sales engineering efforts for the past several years,” says mBLAST CEO Mark Hatch, “so with this promotion, I'm putting these roles in good hands, as I believe he is an exceptional communicator and great ambassador for our brand on the social Web and everywhere we introduce ourselves to customers." Prior to joining mBLAST, Pat worked as a consultant and analyst at TeleChoice, a telecoms and consumer electronics consultancy, finishing his tenure as TeleChoice's Director of Research. Pat is the author of over of a dozen technology-related books and has been a columnist for Network World and Telephony magazines. Prior to TeleChoice, Pat served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. He is a graduate of Duke University.
