The newest 3.9mm VJ-Advance joins the existing 6.9mm unit as an excellent option for technicians who need a borescope that will pass through the smallest ports and access points, yet still require full 4-way articulation. The almost 4mm borescope is especially useful in the inspection of the popular Pratt and Whitney PT6 aviation turbine engine, with the 3.9mm diameter insertion tube passing easily through the PWC34910-200, 400 and 600 guide tubes. Outside the aviation community, the 3.9mm diameter insertion tube is ideal for inspecting small diameter bores, channels in heat exchangers, pipes, gearboxes, castings and small engines.
