When it's time to organize the home, it's better to do it with style. No one likes ugly plastic bins or cardboard boxes. DecorSpark.com shows 13 ways to organize the home, but with with style.

Ever find it difficult to find things?

Do you find yourself forgetting where you set things down?

If your home is a bit disorganized or cluttered, welcome to most of the human population.

Elise from A Beautiful Mess shares her home her stylish organization tips.

She admits to not being the most organized person, and these organization and storage tips have helped her a lot.

Tip #1. Found Items = Custom Storage
When it comes to storage, there’s all types of things you can use. Palates, shelves, wooden boxes/crates, metal boxes, paint cans, mason jars… be creative. You can use almost anything, just be creative. Most of this stuff you can find at a yard sale or flea market, making it a much cheaper alternative to using store bought shelving and storage. Plus you get a more unique organizational area that reflects your own personal style.

Tip #2. Wood Box Shoe Stand
Using a wood box instead of a shelf for boots and shoes is a great alternative to a shoe shelf. Placing this near the front door makes a perfect home for muddy boots and shoes.

Tip #3. Display Your Jewelry
Do you own so much jewelry that sometimes you forget certain pieces? Or, do some of your favorite pieces of jewelry fade in and out of existence because you don’t have any definitive storage? Keeping your jewelry on display ensures you’ll be able to find them at all times. Plus, you won’t forget about anything so you’ll always have accessories in constant rotation."
